However, if your CDR is rejected due to the misleading information provided by the client, there will be no refund.

For refund, client should provide the assessing authority’s screenshot as well as the negative outcome. There will be no refund if the client does not contact us within 15 days after the negative outcome.

If such situation will arise, then the Refund or Cancellation of Service will be resolved by individually assessing the case.

In case after the initial payment, if client is not interested to proceed further then there will be no refund.
